The MIG intranet is our primary internal communication hub used to share information on company programs and for team members across our offices, job sites and communities to connect, see company updates, celebrate birthdays & milestones, and share photos.
We offer an annual match up to $250 to a non-profit any team member supports.
We are committed to making our communities better through our Charitable, Sustainability & Innovation, and DEI Committees. Team Members are paid for time spent volunteering at Committee planned outreach events.
We cover 100% of the HSA medical plan and CORE dental plan premium rate for our team members. We also provide basic vision, $25,000 of life insurance, long- term disability insurance and contribute monthly to our team members’ HSA accounts. We provide other choices for medical, dental and vision plans if preferred.
Our medical plans include many special services tailored towards our health including chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy, and massage therapy. We also have elective insurance benefits for Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity.
All our team members accrue PTO to be used for vacation, sick or personal days off, in addition, we provide 9 paid Holidays and an annual floating Wellness Day. Following 10 years with the organization, team members are eligible for a month-long paid sabbatical.
Our wellness program includes a Headspace membership for guided meditations, mindfulness tips, sleep support and focus tools; a wellness room for resting or breastfeeding; a $500 allowance for wellness related expenses; onsite flu and covid vaccinations.

We offer a 401k program with an annual discretionary match of 50% of your contributions up to 8%. Team members are also eligible for a 10% rental discount at our places.
